HABITS of the RICH

JOURNALING

Interesting fact the rich / wealthy / and a lot of ordinary people that see the Value in a record of their lives do it -- Myself I started in 1978 in a Tiny Room that they sang about in my favorite accordion song that I called home AS I was "The King Of The Road" by Roger Miller

I use it for business ideas, global solitons , health ideas for me and others to gain clarity ideas on how to build / create wealth, reflexing to look back at, goal setting and more

STUDYING MILLIONAIRES & BILLIONAIRES

What they produce, what they consume,

To build skills as [ MORE SKILLS = MY AS A MORE VALUABLE PERSON ]

Figuring out and digesting what it is that they are reading and spending 1 hour a night reading instead of the [ DEVIL BOX / T.V. ]

Growing by listening to new skills / books on audio / audible to learn new skills

Just biomining a more VALUABLE person in the eyes of the world { library CARDS} are free in most towns and cities

DESIGN YOUR OWN PERSONAL = THINK WEEK

Go back in time drop the '' [ tech ] if you can't do a week do a day or do, the basic four (4 hours) and hit a park with a few good (writable pens) a pad or two of paper, a thermos of a warm drink, and a sandwich a Tube of Watkins Repellent

Even if your just meditating

Bring a book on the subject (a paper book) "remember this is a trip back in time

BLOCK SCHEDULING

forget "later" JUST "DO IT" now already

I use Google calendar right now

Get out the day timed begin to block out the days / hours and minutes

Some people Blok to the 10's ands 5's (minutes) insane ) ( I thinks )

This is easier on the phones than in the laptop

READING

Warren Buffet = 5 + hours a day

Bill W Gates = 50 books a year

These are 2 of the worlds richest people on this planet we collectively share called Earth

Me = 12 books a year
